 Zoom, the cloud meeting company, unifies cloud video conferencing, simple online meetings, and group messaging into one easy-to-use platform. It offers the best video, audio, and screen-sharing experience across Zoom Rooms, Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and H.323/SIP room systems. It helps to develop a people-centric cloud service that transforms the real time collaboration experience and improves the quality and effectiveness of communications forever.

Zoom works on email, single sign-on (SSO) or Google login and uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, AES 128-bits encryption, HTTPS access. Allows Role based access control and Admin feature controls.

Requirements for Successful Completion


In order to receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must complete the activity: view the ECHO Zoom Quick Start Guide, view the ECHO Zoom Advanced Tutorial, view the Getting Started with ECHO Zoom, view the frequently asked questions about ECHO Zoom, view the ECHO Zoom Training Videos Playlist and complete the Pre quiz and Post quiz. There are no pre-requisites and there is no fee to participate in this activity.
